We’re eLucidAction, a Sydney-based firm bringing over 20 years of combined experience in the fields of copyediting, instructional design, web development, academia, event management, and media both print and electronic.
Our mission is to help individuals and businesses become more persuasive and impactful in their communication. We refine their expressions by enhancing their words, imagery, typography and layout through our “Editorial” and “Learning Design” services. Having worked for Australian, Asian, European and North American markets, we understand our multi-faceted yet connected world well and comfortably co-operate with parties from a range of cultural and professional backgrounds.
We’re also behind OnArtandAesthetics.com, a global blog launched in late 2015, featuring artist interviews, book reviews and relevant essays. This project, which is used in schools and colleges, and has been celebrated by WordPress, is closely associated with our “Literacy” and “Art” Consultancies.

In her editing, proofreading, technical and web content writing, Nainika strives for quality, accuracy and strict adherence to established styles and standards. She has additional competencies in market research, business communication and teaching. She has conducted ethics seminars at the tertiary level in Thailand and lectured in marketing, organisational behaviour, brand management and human resource management in India. A stint in media and event management allowed her to interview famous personalities from the ASEAN secretariat and the EU council.
Throughout her career, Nainika has effectively interacted with and managed teams of external stakeholders, from SMEs to casual contractors. She started eLucidAction to be able to offer editorial and learning design services to individuals and organisations, regardless of industry. You can contact her at [email protected].
In late 2015, Tulika independently founded OnArtandAesthetics.com, a lushly illustrated global blog featuring book reviews (of fiction, memoirs and cultural studies), interviews with painters, sculptors and photographers, and short essays on art history. She considers it both an educational and promotional platform. The content published is regularly used by visual artists, galleries and authors across their social media and email marketing channels. Some of the publishers who have shared the literary criticism on the site to their online audiences are Allen & Unwin, Harvill Secker, Canongate, MacLehose, Oneworld and Deep Vellum. The articles on ancient Greek statues, Mesopotamian steles and medieval European texts have been linked to by major media outlets like The New York Times and National Geographic.
Through eLucidAction, Tulika looks forward to offering a range of services to artists, collectors, dealers, writers and publishers – related to content-creation, research and marketing – and also to individuals and organisations keen on developing their reading habits. You can contact her at [email protected].
